DAVID J. STUART - Associate
David Stuart has been practicing lawyer since 1969. He was managing partner at Swinton & Company from 1975 to 1992 when he opened David J. Stuart & Associates. From 1978 to 1992 he represented the major loss division of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia in numerous large cases.
David has litigated several brain injury, quadriplegia and paraplegia cases. He has conducted over 100 jury trials.
David has lectured for Continuing Legal Education and the Trial Lawyers both in Vancouver and the United States. David is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, member and Past President of the B.C. Trial Lawyers Association.
David has served as President of Tennis B.C.; Richmond Country Club, and Trial Lawyers Association of B.C.
He is married with two daughters. He is an avid tennis and golf player.
