Happy Canada Day!

Happy Canada Day! As with all long weekends, there will be increased traffic on the road as people are eager to get on with their vacation plans. In light of this, ICBC will be stepping up their CounterAttack road checks, beginning tomorrow, July 1st, saying “Whether you’re on a busy highway filled with summer road trip travellers or just driving your regular route across town to a game at your local ball diamond, it’s important to stay focused and alert.” In the Lower Mainland alone, 180 people were injured in 460 crashes on Canada Day last year.
