Dog Attack Settlement

In this case the Plaintiff was on a sports field when without warning she was knocked to the ground from behind by an off leash Great Dane that had a propensity for jumping up on people. The Plaintiff sustained a ligament tear to her knee as well as anxiety issues that were addressed by a psychologist. She was able to return to her job after 6 months. We resolved her claim for $82,500.
