Rear End Collision Settlement

This client was rear ended and suffered soft tissue injuries and severe depression. The depression was not diagnosed until several months after the accident. As a result he lost 2 years of employment. ICBC took issue with the cause of the depression but we were able to settle the claim to the client’s satisfaction for the amount of $300,000.
