T-bone collision settled for $440,000

Our client was struck on the passenger side door by a driver who ran a stop sign. As a result of the accident, our client suffered many soft tissue injuries, including those to her neck, arm and shoulders, as well as depression, loss of sleep and constant headaches. These injuries prevented her from her pursuing a career at which she was excelling, and also interfered with her personal life. ICBC suggested our client was exaggerating these injuries. but our client was very satisfied with the out of court settlement of $440,000 we obtained.
